It's called ECUflash. there are threads in the X forum but its a lot of information from the beta testers and developers.

Go to the evo 8-9 ecuflash forum and you can read all about the power of the program and how to tune an evo.

An issue with the Cobb is how quickly they intend to release the pro tune software so we can custom tune the maps. On some of the applications they have lagged behind for a long time to relase the pro software.

With the Subaru Cobb is certainly a world class option.

The Cobb Accessport does cost a bit more in the end after custom tuning is factored in however; once the unit is unmarried you have a tangible item that you can sell to recoup a portion of the sunk costs once you decide you no longer want the device. From my understanding, once you decide you no longer want the Ecutek license all monies are lost.

I like the fact the AP can sit in your glove box and have several maps saved at the tip of your fingers for all occasions.

It does seem that Cobb has something really good going on. Yea... the ECUtech thing is really complicated it seems, Cobb does just as good, if not better, but def easier. I'll probably invest in that thing when the time comes.
