PCMScan Boost Logging, negative boost?

PCMScan Boost Logging, negative boost?
So, I've been logging MAP and BARO to get Boost...but my Boost mostly ends up negative because my MAP readings are so low. Any ideas? Everything is "working" in that the values are changing but the MAP is just really low. Range seems to be between 7-40inHg which when divided by 2.04 to get PSI results in a very small number. Once Script.Boost runs, (that's the MAP in PSI minus BARO in PSI), I get negative numbers...ideas guys?
