Help can't adjust stationary rev limiter

like the title says I can't seem to adjust my 2 step...

I downloaded my rom to my computer and adjusted the stat. limiter to 5500...

then I reflashed my car to test the 2 step and still at 6500...( I'm not gonna launch it at 6500 haha)

I went over the basics
-car isn't moving at all
-clutch is pressed in all the way
-checked all plugs everything seems to be in..

am I doing something wrong? I know 6500 isn't my rev limiter I did adjust my rev limiter to 2k just to make sure it works and it does. ( I set my rev limiter back to 7900 after)

I redownload the rom and open the stat rev limiter which reads 5500. so I'm lost I don't understand why I can adjust my rev limiter but not my stat limiter

sorry if this thread is confusing I'm typing it up on my phone

ok just tried this rom and i got basically the same thing. The only difference is the stat limiter is now at 5500 (stock). Even if i try to change the limiter nothing happens.

So im out of ideas... I was going to transfer all my tunned rom data to the one above but im afraid it wont work like the stat limiter.

any ideas guys i want to try and fix this because i have a track day comming up on sat

my rom id is 52680018 and my stat rev limiter address is 53442

can anyone verify with the same rom id the stat rev limit address or does anyone know how i can find the correct address (assuming this is the wrong address)

I just looked at the code where this value is used. It does not appear to have anything to do with the stationary rev limit. Has anyone *successfully* changed their stationary rev limit yet, and if so, what's your ROM ID?
