You can't just walk in a shop and ask for a tune. You would need to schedule for an appointment first.

Good luck

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I realize I have to schedule it. I just decided to go there yesterday. We'll see... Has anyone heard anything about Looneytuning in San Diego?? Their price for a tune seems to be much lower, maybe due to a lesser product?? I also read an article about RRE, and they look real good.

Ok, just got off the phone with RRE... Going to hit them up tomorrow afternoon after the drive down from Monterey Bay area. I'm getting the Magnaflow CBE installed, Cosworth drop-in filter, and a moderate tune.. should be fun. Will post the dyno sheet soon after.

Looney Tuning is in Long Beach (SoCal). No dyno or install services, street tuning only. 1-man operation, but very nice guy. Had my IX tuned by him.

Tuning??

I'm looking for a good place to get my car tuned. I've been looking around but wasn't sure which place to go to I also don't want my engine to get blown
What should I ask for to if I do find a place?
Any of you guys know of any good places?
I live near the bayarea

GST Motorsports is up there somewhere I do believe. Bryan is fantastic at tuning, he can get you sorted out for sure.

We should be open pretty soon in our Southern California location and have a full knowledgeable staff on Evo X parts/tuning
Send me a email if you have any questions.
