1/4 mile tunes vs stock
That looks about right, low 13's/high 12's at 106-107 mph traps are pretty common with a stock car tuned. Adding the basic bolt ons usually gets you into the 110-112 mph with a tune. Much past that and the stock turbo running out of flow coupled with 4th gear running out of RPM's starts holding you to low to mid 12's.
It all depends on conditions including elevation. At sea level, in an STI (04) in December a few years back, I ran a 12.69 @ 108 with a TBE and intake (intake was useless). I figure the EVO should be about the same. The tune would make even more power on an EVO, rather than bolt-ons on an STI.
I dyno'd at Mastro Subaru in Tampa at 281 or 282 on a dynapack with the STI.
