Sounds like he used to trigger the airflow limit at around 25 TPS before and now he doesn't with this "tephra mod"

i have tested this on an SST evo to see if we can run a VTA BOV and not getting the CEL.

No. with VTA BOV we are still getting P1241...?

any solution to eleminate P1241?

is this issue only going to affect people trying to use the stock ecu controlled boost because I've not seen this on a customers car that's seen 30psi multiple times with a mbc and runs 25psi daily

No you can still get it with a MBC.

Any intake on the car, if so, what type? At 30 psi and not triggering the airflow/torque limit maps (while they are stock settings) either your aren't flowing enough, aren't spooling any quicker, or have a intake that is messing with airflow so the ECU sees less than there really is, or all of the above.

i throw these codes or go into limpmode when i turn my ebc to wastegate pressure...

my asc light also comes on when im at highboost durring woot

I have a solution: DO NOT RUN A VTA BOV. There is no performance reason for it. NONE.
