Someone want to test airflow check disable mod?

Hi Guys,

I havn't tested this on my car - but I think it should work ok.

This is for 52680015 -> 52680020

Code:
<table name="Disable Airflow 0xB090 -> 0xFF00 #1" category="Misc" type="1D" address="0x393a0" scaling="Hex16"/>
Change 0xB090 to 0xFF00.

Let me know if you get any CEL's or anything funny before driving hard.

Also be good if you had a WB02 to make sure your AFR's are still in-check

Cheers
D.

P1233, P1234 and P1235

ORLY?

I think I have my airflow tables dialed in well now but for those that still trigger limp mode this would be a really nice way to escape them!

oh wow...

Easy way to test is to just drop the tables down about 20%

I can test this this weekend

Now what about the torque maps?

cool!

i am more worried about unexpected side-affects from disabling this section of code... so take it easy

yeah I had a look at the tq maps and they seem to be buried more - let me know how this goes first

The stock torque maps 1,2,3 are the same as the airflow maps 1,2,3. Wouldn't disabling one disable the others?

No because it references a different routine AFAIK. It gives seperate CELS.

Also, there are additional torque limit tables for the SST...

Were they getting triggered before you disabled airflow?

Mismatch of airflow check values and actual values from 2.5-5000 rpm for 25 tps.
