Help me tune my evo x

Dear,
I own 2009 Evo X GSR , non USDM
I installed some parts such as
AMS Dual tip cat back 3"
AMS Test pipe 3"
HKS drop in filter
HKS ssq BOV
and some other like AMS gear bushing and kiddi stuff
so
I recently purchased Cobb AP and it turned out that all maps only working on USDM evo x . And we dont have any local tuner for japans cars around here.

I tried to contact cobb but no answer. i tried to contact some other e-tuners to send me a map but still no response.

I am willing to send my ECU to re flashing or any one can hook me up with Cobb tuner to custom made me a map or somthing

three options:

1) load a USDM rom on and THEN use the AP

2) dump the AP, and get a tactrix cable, ecuflash, evoscan and a wideband and tune it yourself

3) Email tune from one of the great vendors on here - Probably Mellon

Don't forget to turn off Lean Spool in the 2009 models, they are all active on these models (JDM, EDM, & NA).

Yes, ECU Option Set 3 Bit. 0

With it on, the AFR is around 1.5 AFR leaner than your target when the target value it richer than 13:1.

Just to double check - is lean spool OFF for 2008 USDM GSR's?
