It seems like an ever-ending process, i have tried lowering the values at the low throttle 10% to 15% to single digit values but still give me the code. I'm pretty close to giving up at this point.

On the other hand, I managed to have my local tuner disabled the DTC codes on my stock map, and then re-install my Cobb AP, copied all my tuned maps on this code-disabled stock map, but no luck either...

Yeah I know what you mean, it takes awhile to get the Airflow and Torque tables just right.

I've found the culprit values to be more in the 20-35% throttle range. I don't think the EcuFlash maps work with the Cobb ATR maps, which is why you're still having problems.

I'm sent you a PM.

Keep in mind that the map values below 30% TPS and 2000 rpm are usually something you don't touch because those are off boost values that most mods wouldn't effect. The Throttle body is another story though so it may take some experimentation to get it dialed in. Most changes in that area can set off codes with a hair trigger so logging exactly where the limp modes are triggering and only making small changes in those specific areas to resolve the latest code are going to be key.

I would also tend to make similar changes to the the Airflow 1-3 and Torque 1-3 maps at the same time but if you are alternating codes that indicate too high on one and too low on the other you may have to change airflow or torque limits tables seperately since often one will trigger slightly before another but both might trigger some sort of limp mode if they are both out of calibration. Once you figure it all out, definitely report back what changes were made in comparison to the stock tables so we can short cut some of the madness!

It's too much trial and error at this point, seems like the way it triggers the CEL is not something easily to be tuned out.

If I can't get it to work on my Cobb AP, I might consider going the ECUflash route and disabled the codes.

Yeah honestly the diable codes would solve the issues in one flail swoop.

I don't know if you've tried it yet, but you should probably run a log and purposely trigger the code. This will tell you exactly how much load the car is making at the rpm and throttle position at which the code is triggered.

I have tried that but still having trouble getting it right...

Does the new version of ATR allow end users to simply turn off the selective engine codes? I was told by COBB its under Edit/Advanced Parameters tab. My version is probably dated and I'm waiting for COBB to send me a link to download.

Sucks, not sure why told me that...

If I can't get it working soon, its ECUflash time.
