yup, turbo back meaning test pipes and down pipes are required for stage 2. Even a HFC counts as a test pipe.

There is now a fix available for AccessTUNER Race to turn off the load limit and airflow limit codes. We have rectified issues with AccessTUNER and we have restored full functionality to AccessTUNER Race. The load and airflow limit tables can now be successfully disabled to eliminate the associated check engine lights and limp mode. Simply go to the AccessTUNER Race download page and download a new copy of AccessTUNER Race. COBB Tuning would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope you will continue to use us as your EVOX Tuning Solution.

I tried disabling the "Rear O2 Sensor" setting in ATR, to stop the P1235 that I've been getting quite regularly, which seemed to work great, until this AM, when I got my first P0140 (which has happened several times since), which apparently means "O2 circuit No Activity Detected" did I turn off the wrong setting, or?

Kozmic,

Thanks for this info... a couple questions though...

1. Just to confirm, you didn't change the values FOR 2000 rpm at all... just 2500 and higher?

2. Did you adjust tables A, B, C, D, or...?

Thanks in advance for your help!

turning off the airflow tables is a TERRIBLE idea. Those checks are there to protect your engine.

Japistani, you disabled the wrong thing. You disabled the o2 sensor (P0420), not the airflow tables which cause the P1235.... and have the warning above that I posted.

Thanks... I turned it back on two days ago... didn't want to risk it... going for a proper tune on Dec 18.

you can't for P0140, i ended up welding another bung in my test pipe and putting the stock 02 sensor in to rid myself of this problem.

1. I actually adjusted them based on load, and it just happens that the loads I adjusted were mostly over 2000 rpm. I did though in the end, adjust the entire table, even just off idle. Just not by very much. Often by just 1.

2. I adjusted A, B, and C. The Cobb stage 2 D table is much higher than the working tables, so I did not adjust it.

Back to item 1. What is happening is that you have moved your torque curve to the left on the graph basically, because your back pressure is lower, and your boost is building faster. This is not a problem, the map in the car just isnt set up for it. You want to keep the relative shape of the map. How I did this was any value over 100, I increased by 5%. Any value under 100, I increased by 5% minus 1, unless 5% is less than 1. If 5% was less than 1, I increased it by 1.

After I did that, on race gas and a strait pipe, with more timing, I got the 1235 again. I was in a hurry, so I highlighed the whole table and upped it by another 2%, except the 3500 to 5000 range, which I raised by 3%. This fixed it, and I haven't pulled a 1235 since. I then moved that aiflow limit table to my 93 octane map, and it has been good.
