30% = 23
35% = 26+ (we stopped because it looked like it was going to keep going)

basically it looked like it was going to be too sensitive...

Ah interesting. So it would probably be too sensitive with error correction as well.

In the end we went back to the stock setup since the extra boost from the 3port made the same kw from the twin setup with less boost (but more timing)

I still think the 3port is better because it gives you much finer grain control over your boost curve.

stock setup isn't bad, but for me 3port is still better

Can you post up a plot of the 3port boost curve vs the twin setup?

^^ Yeah that would be a problem too, don't take my word thou since we had a few problems last night and were a bit rushed, so maybe a more exhaustive test is in order...

^ I am just asking the tuner for the logs now...

FWIW, mine changed none except 0.5-1.0 psi more at redline (7000 rpm in my case) and fewer boost spikes when I nail it at peak torque. Otherwise, the stock bleed setup worked just fine. Spool up decreased approximately 150-200 rpm in 4th and 5th.

^^ i have the perrin..it is good enough...but from 5500rpm it started falling from 26psi to 18psi to 7k rpm...the wgdc was around 90-95% in that rpm range..i think the turbo cant breathe anymore..

By the way, is this based on the GM 3 ports?

I like the 3 port. It allows your ecu to control the boost and it holds more boost then your usual MBC

Sorry if this has been posted before.
Do you still need the pill on a 3 port setup (interrupt mode)?
