What load do you reach?

Hi,
I wondered what is usual load in WOT on Stage2 car with drop-in filter, pump gas, stock turbo.

I ran about 270 max load on Cobb stage2, but I was overboosting at 27-28psi.

When I changed to the new Cobb stage 2 map with lower WGDC, I am reaching load only 230-240 load at 25 psi max. The car runs at almost sea level - cca 300 meters above.

Is that OK?

Those load values are fine. To add, you should be able to hold 20-21 psi and 210-215 load at 7000 rpm near sea level.

Thanks for that answer!

You won't be able to hold 20psi at redline at all with those mods I promise you. Best I'd imagine would be about 17psi if you're lucky. Also you won't see an overboost code from 27-28psi. You've got to spike more than 29psi for over 1 second to throw the overboost P1235 code. Even with a new UICP you almost definately won't be able to hold 20psi at 7000, maybe with an upgraded wastegate actuator, maybe. Those load values are fine though, I'm seeing 270 peak load with the mods listed in my sig.

Also FWIW I'm at about 180-183 load at 7000.

Actually with just a pill upgrade you can hold 20 to redline... Been there, done that.

That seems like really high load for the boost levels! At similar 27 psi tapering to 24 psi at 8k the loads are 290-300 dropping to 260-270 and then down to 250 at 8k. I never switched to using the MAF compensation code since I originally just adjusted for my injectors and AMS 3" intake all at once with Injector Scaling and Latency Compensation and I'm afraid to change it if it's working so well right now. If I do the MAF compensation to have it read +10% more airflow are my loads going to be thrown off +10% as well?

Not sure it's possible with STOCK exhaust. Have you done this with a stock exhaust evo x and a boost pill?

I am able to keep 200-210 load at 18-19 psi at 7k RPM.

Maybe on your CBRD turbo but not on a stock one. I've yet to see or hear of anyone holding that amount of boost on a stock turbo car. The only ones that have been close have intercooler hardpipes and upgraded WGA's which the OP has neither. Did you see 20psi on a in car boost gauge or ecu log or what?
