Okay, I finally downloaded it and the ROM ID is not what you say it is. The actual ROM ID is 53040008. Rename the attached file to 53040008.xml instead of txt.

You can find out the ROM ID by opening it in ECUflash, when it says "unknown rom image" select "use wizard" then select "copied from def below", then I usually select 52680015 (You can select whatever you want, it doesnt matter) then on the next screen it will show the ROM ID under "identifier"
Then you can cancel the wizard and find the proper ROM ID XML or create one.

Then you can cancel the wizard and find the proper ROM ID XML or create one.
