Revs drop very very slow in gear

The car has TBE, EBC and a tune and it made 325whp on a Mustang dyno and ran great. After that I added AEM intake and uprated actuator (although not needed with the EBC) and now the revs drop very very slow in gear with the throttle fully released, the car barely slows down. I logged TPS and acc pedal position and they stay at around 20% with the pedal fully released and at idle they are about 9 and 12%.

sometimes the car wont go into fuel cut straight away when decel.

its emissions related

and probably only happens after you have given the car a lot of boost...

Mine does this bone stock. It's only when I've gone on it a bit. I noticed it more since it warmed up a bit in Boston~55*

The car ran perfect before the AEM intake and everything was great, now it is extremely unpleasant and it is not occasional, but all the time. Any ideas how to fix this problem ?

Is there nothing really to be done to solve this problem ? Nobody knows why the ECU would not want to go to fuel cut, when decel ? Any ideas for something I can try ?

Fingers crossed then .... and in the winter with snow at the moment, I have to slow down with the brakes all the time, which is really annoying and dangerous, since the car does not have ABS
