So hopefully this is the end of the story...
Today couldn't do crap, just had to run the car with no boost and man it's slow... So I'm at work talking on the other forum...and after flashing the DTC's off and still no power I knew it was more than the tuning. But after work just to check I flash back the ROM to when the DTC's were enabled...again P1234...but not 1235...so no hard limp mode, just a NA car, LOL! So get home 10:30...let the car cool, 11:45 pop off the heat shield and sure of enough the cotter pin holding the WGA rod fell off and the rod was loose with the WG open. Took a paper clip and hopefully that will secure it for now till I can get to home depot for a heavy duty cotter pin. 12:10 writing this, hoping tomorrow it will be good. Didn't wanna wake up the neighborhood at midnight with my car. So hopefully that is the end...but we shall see I guess.

Yep, when there is no boost the WG arm falling off the flapper is a pretty likely possibility. Glad you figured it out relatively quickly, I find that other problems appearing after making a change to the tune that just happened to break at the same time really makes it a pain to diagnose.
