ready to move for exhaust and intake

I did the search over a year ago but did not do it.
I am ready now

I think I will go with a bushur exhaust and an intake.
for the reprog I am hesitating between a flash (ecu?) or a tuning.
I am in denver and apprently the best are far from here.
I won't bring the car to calif or chicago.

which way should I go ?

thanks for your help
how much should I expect
but the more important is that the Evo so far as nothing under 3000 rpm and I am looking for something to improve that.
I really don't care about HP but more interested for having more HP at 2500rpm

from a good dyno tuner, expect 300-500 depends.
get cobb ap first for your stage one or two if you have extra 500 bucks, they are pretty good.

intake is not very helpful on our car but for looks. stock intake box works fine and may 50 bucks for a drop in filter that should be good enough
if you going for a tune, u can save your money on intake. dont even bother

+1 intake isn't really helpful on our cars, especially if its stock. Get exhaust + accessport and save money for future mods!

ECU Controlled boost is an option, although some will tell you to upgrade at least the BC Solenoid to control the boost better.
