Fuel level affects A/F ratio - look here

Update:
It appears moving the pump up about 3/4" resolved the issue.
I have had the same A/F readings from full tank to 1 bar left on the gauge.
The only logic I can think of is that if the pump is sitting on it's filter sock, it could prevent fuel from coming in on the bottom side of the sock...

No seriously, thanks for the help, I really appreciate all that you have done for me and the rest of this community.
Interesting, could have been the fuel filter sock design as well, the one you used seems smaller than most and if it was half clogged plus blocked on one side it could have been a restriction.
