Help Logging AFR

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 64-Bit. I just got my Keyspan Serial>USB Adapter. However when in EVOScan 2.8 I still cant read AFR. The drivers were automatically downloaded by Microsoft since these are assigned drivers. In EVOScan I'm still getting an x next to external wideband although I have chose AEM UEGO and changed the port number to the correct one. What should I do?

I dont have hyperterminal in Windows 7. I have already searched the forum and did everything mentioned but bad luck keeps chasing me. Is there another program like hyper terminal to just check if this thing is working or not?
