AP ots maps that will get me by

So I've inherited some unused parts from a 400s kit.

FPgreen
dw850's
3" inlet tube
250lph pump.
Cobb 3 port.

I'm sure you're wondering how I inherited most of the important parts from that kit...it's a long story but anyways, I already have:

turbo xs downpipe
stock exhaust with a stealth works muffler
cobb pipe kit

So I'm anticipating the release of the AP for the 2011 cars and was thinking of throwing these parts on their after it's released. I'm wondering if there is an OTS map that would work/get me by until I can see a tuner. I'm definitely not putting on the 3 port until I get to a tuner. I know someone who put one on and just started driving around with the stage 2 OTS map (hence my inheritance ), needless to say the car was pretty well messed up.

I thought about running the 400s map itself but I'm not using the cams. I'm thinking that the car will just run really funny being tuned for those kelford cams but using the stocks.

Any input?

Take the 400S map then copy over the MIVEC tables from a Stage 2 OTS map and that should be a decent start. Then just be sure to log log log to verify the car is running properly.

Hmmm the mivec tables yes, would I need that access tuner beta to be able to make my own adjustments? Seeing as I have a 2011, I haven't had a chance to actually use the AP yet.

I know this isn't really what you are asking but, since your in Atlanta, you could take it down to Topspeed if nothing else. I think a protune is around 350 if you already have the AP. They've tuned alot of X's. What Kracka is saying should def work though.

Top speed is actually my next stop. I just needed something to get me by while I wait to get tuned. I think they may still be out on the road doing that one lap of America? Can't remember.

The OTS maps are fully adjustable with their Access Tuner Race software which is a free download as long as you have an AP serial # registered on your computer.

Thanks man, I'll have to do that when I get home. Heh, I've been bringing the AP with my every day to work just in case but today...I left it at home. Guess I'll have to wait to play.
