Dyno question

I have cobb ap v3 but would likely want to know that we can use the ap to tune our cars on the dyno, so the tuner has to use something to tune our cars. Protune/Custom? Anyone had experience what the tuner uses to protune? And if we have to provide that tuning equipment or do they provide it?

Just wondering because I think I might of waste buying the ap when it cant tune but just by using OTS maps and figure I rather protune.

In order to tune a AP your need the Cobb accesstuner software specific to your car. It's $1500 for the Mitsubishi software. Sell your AP and switch to open source

AccessTuner Race is free if you have a AP. Logon to the site and fill out the download form and request a copy and they will email you a download link. Can take up to 24hrs or so.

Access Tuner Pro is for Cobb Authorized Dealers, Protuners. If your tuner / shop / dyno operator is not a Cobb Pro Tuner then here is the application. The price on the website is $1500.00
