Resetting CEL's With Accessport (but not learned parameters)

Is there a way to reset just the CEL codes with the Accessport? On earlier firmwares I could reset JUST the stored codes. But ever since I updated the firmware on the Accessport I see just one option to reset codes AND parameters that have been learned by the ECU.

After doing the reset I noticed my transmission is shifting differently... so for the future I don't want to reset all the learned behaviours so I have to wait for my car to "go back to normal".

So is there a way to just reset the CEL codes and not reset anything else?

Why in the world would they TAKE AWAY a feature with a firmware update? I don't wanna reset the car's learned parameters any time a CEL comes up.

This is probably a "just in case" fail safe. If your car has a serious problem it's safer to revert to known working perimeters and learn from there instead of just being able to ignore the problem and reset the codes.

I see what you're saying... but sometimes if it's a really silly code... I just need to know what it is... and not necessarily change stuff on the car.

Would be nice if they gave you two options... one to reset the code... and another to reset codes and learned parameters.
