Questions for the Cobb experts

Got my stage 2 93 oct running 3 days ago, the car has transformed into a beast from where it was with only the test pipe and exhaust. Started login on day two, Knock retard is looking great at 0.0 / 0.7 Yesterday I was boosting 24.1; today two times I boosted 28.6. The temperature was 10 degrees colder. Could it be it? I don’t want to over boost. BTW, I did take the boost pill out per Cobb’s instructions.
any help on that would appreciate it!

colder air temp can cause higher boost when running ecu-controlled boost (or an mbc). it can be tuned out to some extent.

wouldn't worry about it too much Temp changes boost sometimes
little spikes sometimes happen here and there if it were too high you would hit a boost cut (load cut)

Thank you!

Bakaunchi, have not experienced that! What you feel like? Instant loss of power?

Correct, instant power cut. He's a good guy to listen to...he's one of Cobb's Mitsu calibrators. If you continually keep hitting 28 psig though it may be wise to try the LWG version of that map.

More than a loss of power (which makes me think "low on power") it is more like hitting a brick wall temporarily.... your injectors or ignition literally shut off.

Thanks to all of you! I am expering nothing like that! The car is running almost too strong for daily driving. Fuel ecomomy has improved as well.
