I want evoscan to automatically load my gauges and start logging, but I've been having trouble getting evoscan to auto start logging on startup. the command I'm using is:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\EvoScan\EvoScan v2.8\EvoScan.exe" /AutoStartDataLogger:/LoadGaugeLayout="Maf_Scaling_Dash.xml"

If I omit the /AutoStartDataLogger, it load the gauges just fine, but no logging. With the /AutoStartDataLogger, it gives me 2 error messages. The first says "At least one item must be selected,please select an item in the list first." After clicking ok to that, a second message pops up which says "Please stop datalogging before using Actuators".

There are items check marked to log (which I think is what that first message means), so I dunno why I get the error. And I have no clue why the second error is there. Can someone else test out the auto start feature and let me know if it works. I'm using v2.8. All I really need is for someone to test the auto start, by typing the command below (or creating a shortcut) and let me know if it works for them. Also note the quotation marks are needed.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\EvoScan\EvoScan v2.8\EvoScan.exe" /AutoStartDataLogger

I wanted to achieve the same outcome as you which is auto load the gauges and auto start logging. The version currently available on EvoScan website has some bugs and is not giving the desired result. I have logged a case and received a slightly newer beta 2.8.0006 than the one available. PM me your address and I can send that to you.
