Evo IV OBD2 Scanner
I have a 96 evo iv and I would like to hook it up to an obd2 scanner for japanese vehicles to do a simple engine diagnostic and code history check. I know that the evo iv through vi is not obd2 compliant but does that mean that I cannot use an obd2 scanner like a jp701?
