How safe is my car right now ????? AMS. turboXS

So I just purchased the AMS wide mouth dp, Turboxs catted-test pipe and the Turboxs cat- back exhaust. Everything is installed on the car.. I have the Cobb AP. the tuner at the shop told me to not floor the car and to baby it he said the motor might blow. He also told me to continue to run stage 1 and not switch to stage 2 because its too aggressive. Is anyone running a similar set up... Any advice ..thanks..

I would go get it tuned ASAP..... the COBB AP is great so find somone who is an authorized tuner and do it.... for those few of upgrades you should be fine.with out a tune for a little bit with out smashing it.... but... i don't know about WOT..... but just get some more parts get it tuned then start smashing people

I would keep an eye on your AFR's and see what the car does. Mine is a 2012 with the mods listed in my sig and at WOT my AFR's are reading flat out 10.0. With a tune, you would benefit more from your bolt-ons, but your motor will not blow up.

Running extremely rich can eventually cause washed down cylinder walls. The rings ride on a film of oil. The gas will wash that oil away or dilute it and fubar the rings.

You should be fine. If you threw in intake, it's a different story.

You should add an intake then get it tune the same time.

usually with a widemouth dp and no tune you get boost spikes.

Tune is recommended for any change in the air flow.
