I am using evo x gsr 2008 JDM,im just replacing my stock intake with ams performance intake..i try my car on the highway when the rpm reach 190 km/h (limiter doesnt work) the battery sign start to blinking and also the steering wheel become hard to move for around 30 second before it get back to normal..Is it normal?

Check your negative battery cable grounding and other connections at the battery and the junction box under the hood.
