ROM inquiry. Help! :(

I was wondering if someone can take a quick look at my ROM and let me know if it's been modified in any way

I want to reflash the latest version of 0010, but doing so could "un-tune" anything that could have been changed to keep the car running in it's current state, right? I don't want to reflash and test another rom before I get my rom checked out Any help here is appreciated. Thank you in advance!
