Weird Knock at 2k RPM

Weird Knock at 2k RPM
Hey everyone,
Lately I have been driving around and when cruising around 2k rpm in 3rd or 4th. I have this weird bucking motion going on. I talked to some people and they said it might be the Fuel Relay. I checked it and its the green one. Should I buy the blue one? Also the FPR hose looks to be still on correctly.
Is there anything else that I can look into?
