weird sound coming from engine bay

weird sound coming from engine bay
let me know if you have run across this before
I have an AMS intake / upper ic hard pipe / high flow cat
grimspeed boost controller
stock bov
additional trans cooler added behind front grill and additional fluid added to compensate for increased volume
tuned
it happens at around 5k rpm when you are in WOT and loaded.
If you accelerate gradually and dont load the boost it does not happen. usually goes away around 6500 rpm.
its a humming sound. not sure if its the bov / or another leak or something else. the tuner drove it and said the computer and trims look fine but he agrees its not normal. doesnt konw what it is.
