Question engine load problem?

hi guys, i have 2 questions for you that im not 100% sure of the answer lollll your help would be awesome.

1- i have fp red and bolt ons +exhaust manifold..........from lets say 5500rpm.....225 load will give me 25psi(evoscan).....but sometimes like yesterday....225 even 230 gave me only 23psi!!!........i played with my timing map....is this because more advance timing means less engine load?.....so i would have to set my timing before my boost?...thats a bit hard to know what kind of timing if your boost is not right on...give me a shot tks.

2- the other thing is that my spool up looks like this ) ......rather than like this / ......its more like a curve!! do you think its a boost leak???....my 3 port is set to 100% until the max boost comes in so im hitting 27psi at 4100rpm.....which is not bad....but it should be like / ....climbing super fast......give me your point on that

tks guys i really do appreciate it

well i was thinking about that one....but lets say that you are tuning for a certain engine load...not boost right?......so if on a cold day im boosting 27psi....and its cold so engine load is going to be MORE.....im gonna knock pretty badly no?

i tought you stopped using that target boost?? arent you?
