Just finished installing an FP Green turbo, DW300 fuel pump, ID1300 injectors, a MAP tubular manifold, AMS downpipe, Kelford 214a cams and an updated timing chain. I am running a base map from Motion Lab. Initial startup sounds fine, broke in the cams at 2k for 20 minutes shut the car down and restarted. When I restarted I got a P0016 code for crank position sensor. I have triple checked my timing and it seems spot on. I took my time setting my valve lash...was down 2 weeks waiting on proper buckets. I dont see any cracks on my cam gears. When logging mivec settings at idle exhaust is on point but intake target is 10 and it is reading -5. At around 2k rpms exhaust is still on point but intake setpoint is 13 reading 8.975. Does the computer need some sort of an update after the timing chain install even though I had no cel before the install? Does this sound like it could just be air in the Mivec solenoids?
