Cold Start Hesitation on E85

I got tuned for E85 about a month ago and I had no real problems up until yesterday morning. I start up my car like usual, I'm in a rush so I don't really let it warm up. I go to take off in first and there is some serious stuttering/bogging at first. Get past it, shift to second, same thing in second, and then in third. I get on the highway and its business as usual. Once the car is warmed up this problem goes away.

My mods are: ID1000, DW300c, turboback exhaust, EBCS. Stock Intake.

Here is a datalog of this issue https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxm...ew?usp=sharing

You can see that even as I increase the throttle angle the RPMs increase, then drop, then increase again.

This is not the first time I just started up my car and left. Of course I like to let it warm up but sometimes I don't have the time. I sent an e-mail out to my tuner but haven't heard back yet.

Could this be something other than a tune related issue? Like I said, first time since I got tuned that this has happened and its been two days in a row now.

From what I have seen that's normal for a cold engine trying to ignite E85.

The thing is it hasn't happened until the past two days. If the temperature had dropped 15 degrees I would understand, but nothing more than a few degrees difference.

Update: this morning car took forever to crank over. Idled rough for a second or two. I gave it some gas and it died. Started it up again and it was easier to start and idled much better.

No idea what to do at this point and still waiting to hear back from my tuner.

Yes, that's not unusual on E85, slight bogging for a few minutes, need to crank it over some--try stabbing throttle when you start.

I used to have that problem with my standard Walbro 255 setup, but when I added a Radium FST-R surge tank with Walbro 450 it seemed to go away. Not sure why that would change it.

Happened again, 4 days in a row. I don't know what has changed in the past 4 days that is causing this problem.

Even if it's normal is it unreasonable to expect some sort of response from my tuner in 5 days?
