Hi Folks,

I have an Australian Evo X GSR (SST) build date is 12/2009, 73000KMs, VIN also has a 9 in it. I purchased the car pre-"tuned" with TephraXMOD on 53050109 (53050009).

I am trying to figure out what the original Rom ID most likely was.. does anyone have a car with a similar build date or general knowledge to give me some idea what they suspect it likely was?

I have seen various mentions that we had no "2009" Evo in Australia, so I am unsure if it came from factory with a 5305XXXX ("2008 EDM") rom or if it had the 5407XXXX series ("2009 EDM")


Because I hate it when people ask questions without saying why.. and because maybe others have insight on these issues outside of my current thought process... background reason for wanting to know is that I have a few "niggles" with the SST and I am wondering if the tables are a little out of whack and it was originally based on some other ROM -- or if it's just wear on the clutches, etc (I suspect they had a hard life, the last tune was dreadful, no idea how long it was on the car)

Have returned the car to stock, a fluid change and flash to stock 53050009.. it generally drives fine but most noticeable issues are:
- During "light" but on-boost part throttle shifts up through the gears, I often get a sortof "slip" flare, then bog and then grab to the correct RPM (+/- 100-200RPM). Gives a bit of a dodgy drive feeling mostly while slipping slightly... issue generally doesn't occur when driving with more medium-heavy part throttle, or full throttle.. or when cold.
- If I manually have it in a gear (5th/6th) and stab the throttle it briefly appears to slip and rev up maybe 100RPM or something (moves 5-10mm on the Taco)


If anyone has thoughts on any of the above I would much appreciate your input
