Not holding full boost until 5th Gear?

I have a 2013 evo x gsr with bolt ons and a tune and the car is set for 27lbs of boost, just recently I noticed my boost gauge would only get up to 20lbs so I checked all my IC pipping and found a couple loose. Re tightened everything and waited to do another pull. Finally had a friend go with me to record. The car will read 26psi and began to drop right away after hitting that 26lbs and will do it from 2nd-4th gear then once in 5th gear it will read 27lbs and actually hold it their and slowly began to tapper down. Do I have a boost leak or is something else causing this?

from the video it looks like the pressure is still falling. ask your tuner to take a look at your maps contrast with you logs runs? check where the gauge ties in?

He's going to be out of town for at least a month til her can check it out. The car has been tuned for 9 months now and before it would hold boost just fine and not fall so that's the part that makes me wonder if I have a leak somewhere? Thanks for the feedback

yea id check hoses again even if they seem unrelated. not just if they have popped off but not cracked/split. My turbo outlet boot was split but I couldn't tell I had leak until I did a WOT pull.
