Tuning

Hi my x is tuned and has been tuned for while now. It’s been tuned to peak at 32 psi. Recently I can’t get past 26 psi. I’ve done multiple boost leak test with no leaks I’ve changed the bov (I have 2 of the exact same) changed the ebcs and I’ve changed the wastgate actuator Still nothing. Car doesn’t feel like it lost power. Is it possible I need the tune looked at?

Are you logging that from the map sensor or a visual from a gauge? If its from a gauge I would try logging the MAP and see if they line up. If not its probably an issue with the gauge. If they line up, considering what you have already checked, I would probably check the turbo shaft play, wastegate flapper for deformation, pre-turbo exhaust leaks, and cat for blockage (if you still have one). I assume AFR's are where they should be and you aren't getting knock.

Thank you for your response. The afrs are great I did get a bit of knock last night but only once Also don’t have a cat I have checked for leaks pre turbo Since you mentioned it I will log the car from the map to see if they match and I will also pull the down pipe off to check the flapper. I will update once I’ve done this. Thank you
