help logging JDM ROM Evo X
help logging JDM ROM Evo X
I need some help with Getting accurate and usable LOAD values to properly tune my car.
Its a JDM 2008 Evolution X GSR SST Premium ROM ID 52370028
I will attach copy of my stock rom and sample data log.
The problem I am having is that the only datalog mode that makes sense is the EVO X CAN MUTIII when I use any other mode data such as speed rpm etc is not accurate. But when logging in eVO X CAN MUTIII I cannot get to log load that will easily help me tune the car. I would have to always guess the load cell im at based on RPM and Boost level so for instance I had to tune my timing map from load cell 140 upwards from 4500rpm upwards to get rid of knock had to decrement that whole block.

Hi,
Did you enable mode23?
You can enable mode23 by changing values of the three tables(mode23 IFMode 0x05->0x23#1, mode23 IFMode 0x05->0x23#2, and mode23 DoMode 0x42->0x52).
After enabling mode23, 'Golden 2008 EDM v1 EVOX' or 'Golden 2008 EDM v2 EVOX' should shows accurate values.
