Updated definitions for 56890013/56890014 (inside)

Got tired of all the old ROMs getting all the good features that I needed, so I mapped out most (I think) of the tables from 56890009. I don't know if these definitions are applicable to any other ROM IDs or not, I just did 56890014 cuz it's what I'm running right now (latest known 2011 USDM GSR ROM). Anyone more familiar than me, feel free to chime in.

Disclaimer: I'm pretty sure these are all correct, but use at your own risk blah blah blah.

Put this in C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo\ 56890013 2011 USDM Lancer Evolution X 5MT.xml
