Hello. I have a 2010 GSR with 109k miles. Upon removing the valve cover, I see a few scratches on the cam lobes. I'm wondering if the condition of these cams and the head in general is something I need to pay attention to, or is it okay? Some random wear of the coating seams to affect a few of the cams, while one particular horizonal scratch on an intake cam seams worse. I cant quite feel anything with my nail, and the vehicle seamed to run well, without pre ignition. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I'm new to cars. Thanks.

It may be hard to see with the plastic (can take more pictures later.) But circled is the horizontal scratch.
