Good afternoon everyone. So a quick history of the cams. I bought this car used in 2009 from an auction. Dealer had no clue what was done to the car. The car was blowing smoke out of the exhaust. So I first rebuilt the head thinking maybe valve seals were bad. These cams had no markings on them what so ever and I didnt want to waste time so I just bought some Kelford 272's. 6 years later these cams are still sitting in my garage all wrapped up. So i decided to start digging because if they are good cams, i'd like to sell on here to help another Evo enthusiast out.
Thanks to GregGSC, I used his equation, from this post, to figure out the lift. With the lift that I came up with, there are 9 different cams on this thread that have the same lift. Can someone help me narrow it down.
Things to keep in mind.....
1. These cams were installed from 2005-2009
2. from what i have read throughout the forum, HKS has always marked their cams. So HKS is out. down to 6 different ones.
3. A lot of the other help me identify cams threads the pictures are gone so I can't compare
Bellow are images of how i checked/measured please if i did something wrong let me know. Also there are images of the cams.
Thanks in advanced,
Paul

Reason: forgot to add number 3 in things to keep in mind
Only way to go from here is to get the duration at a certain lift (.050" or 1mm), and measure the cams' duration. You can do that with a lathe, dial indicator, and a degree wheel.
