Part II: Evo X Tuned
Shiv, I am really impressed with the results so far. Did you ever figure out why the car wasn't pulling timing when knock was detected? It's awesome what you're doing with the car, though, and can't wait to see what the dyno numbers are. Don't even bother responding to people like boostez, he doesn't WANT to like the car. If the X proves to be able to make 1000 hp like the 4G63 did, he'll still find something to whine about. And to address you directly, boostez, grow up. Seriously, are you really going to argue with a professional tuner? As if you know anywhere near as much about the 4g63 as he does, and I guarantee he knows FAR more about the 4b11. I'm not saying that you should just put faith in a new car before seeing the facts, but once the facts are in, accept them, be a MAN and admit that you were wrong, and STFU. Great job Shiv, post the dyno graphs! And start posting on evoxforums, we over there are supportive of the X. You'll find it to be a much more pleasant place to discuss the progress of this car. There are more adults there, less punk kids. Although, you should still post here on the hater forum; it'll shut up the haters... well most of them. (Boostez, clean the **** out of your ears and start listening to the pros)

Oh and Bostez, since you agreed with the post by whoever that was that was talking about volumetric efficiency of the 4b11 vs the 4g63, I'd like to point one thing out. The 9's turbo can flow more than the x's turbo, but the4b11 is more efficient than the 4g63. So, if the X makes more power than the 9 even though the turbo is a little smaller, and the cams are smaller, then X will always make more power with the same mods. GT-35R turbo kit on both cars...the 4b11 is more efficient, so it will make more power. Always. You even agreed with this being the case without thinking about the fact that you destroyed your own argument. Good job.

My post made an excellent point, and was not off topic as it was dealing with the "why" of how the evo x motor is making the higher power levels over the 9that it is. You should not have deleted that. Besides, I'm one of the supporters, not the haters lke boostez. I'm on the right side, the side that I thought you were on. WTF?

Good to see you are making such positive movement on this car already Shiv. In a previous thread you mentioned that the stock ECU had been hacked, do you believe you will be able to tune the stock ECU anytime soon without doing a hi-jack setup?
This thread is a vendor thread for product, but you can't see any of it sifting through all this off topic stuff.

Fair enough, back on topic. I just want to hear more from shiv. I can't wait to see the numbers from doing full turbo back exhaust, intercooler, ic pipes, intake, and tune. I want to see these 400whp numbers,and I think it can be done. Make it happen, Shiv. And, videos of the dyno run that puts out the big number. Thanks man.
