My First "X" drive - wow - first mod

I just went for my first drive in a X - man what a great car

We just picked up our Evo X today and I am having a blast drifting it through the snow

Two thumbs up for Mitsubishi

Our first mod - we got rid of the gay engine cover

Cant wait to get modifying and tuning

Do they have the car at The Shop? I've been eagerly awaiting to check one out.

Great words in the video Al. I think you sum up exactly what all the Evo X owners have been saying since we first stepped into. Its definitely nice to get out of the old "Tin Can" Its great to hear how excited you are about the X. And you arent kidding about the tires in the snow. Those things are awful in the snow, but guess thats not a surprise given what they are designed for.

I got to drive it in the wet today - snow changed to rain and I feel it needs some more power for sure. The body and handling are world class (again) but the car feels slower than the IX - prob due to the extra weight. Simply put its a dog.

Al, I know you haven't had a chance to fully explore the tuning on this car yet, but do you have enough info yet to determine if this is a bolt-on, stock turbo 400whp car like some people say it is?

Let's get a video of a drive in the X on some dry roads!

Its too soon to make any calls on power levels

I will say this

This car will need 400 whp to beat a Evo IX with 360 whp

The X feels very heavy - although it certainly handles very well
