This is going to be a cash cow for dealerships. The argument can not be made that 8 pounds (at a cost of 1000 dollars every 40,000 miles) is worth it. If weight was their primary goal, there are glaring ways to deal with it, specifically the 35 pound sub woofer. Simply amazing. How about a lightweight option? etc etc.

Gsr brakes probably fade faster than mr's in part being the 2 piece rotors. Not to mention one foot of stopping distance could save your life lol. Also a 100-0 brake test would be the better indicator of the bennifit of 2 piece rotors. Shame there not crossdrilled, hope girodiscs are.
