AMS Twin Tip Exhuast Video And Poll!

UPDATE: NEW CLIP ADDED OF VERSION 1

OK as many of you know as soon as we made up the single system we dove head first in designing our Twin Tip System.

The next step is in your hands. We need to get your opinions on what our system should sound like. HP has not changed at all over our single but appearance and sounds has. So please vote away and comment however you like on the system as we need your input.

Please watch the below video and let us know what you think and vote. Thank you. Pictures to follow soon of the system on the car

All three compared

Version one at Idle and full pull sounding MEAN

2 seemed to be a good combination of the throatiness of 3 and the quietness of 1.

umm wow they sound very similar. Clip 2 sounds deeper so i pick 2. I like deep exhaust tone, low freq tone. I want some think that is quiet but louder that stock.

IMO impossible to tell.

You guys should have included some footage of the car cruising on the dyno at 3000-4000 RPM, letting off the gas and getting back on it again. From what I've seen of Buschur's dual exhaust and the exhausts on the SRT-4, if they're engineered a certain way you get a nice growl to the exhaust. (very UN-4bangerlike).

We have more footage but with the wind kicking up (damn chicago) it was hard to get clean sound clips. This was the best we could get under current conditions.

If you pay attention to spool up on all the clips you will hear a very distinct difference.

See to me they are all very different. I have to say number 2 also. It's actually better to close your eyes and just listen. So IMO, #2

2 Sounds the deepest and thus the best to me. And to whoever mentioned that buschur's exhaust has nice throatiness to it, I agree, and think that it's because the y pipe splits into different length pipes heading out to the back of the car. Reminds me of the unequal length headers on the sti, which is what really gives it the "boxer rumble." Eric, is the AMS system similar? How bout some under the car pics so we can see what the muffler/piping config looks like. Great job so far, can't wait to see more.

I'm down with 3. Sounds like your VIII system, I like the throaty growl.
