we have been monitoring the ECU with every product we test to not only see how the car reacts but what changes the ECU makes as well.

Without the software we cant do that.... but that should change today as chris is here and they are looking to put the X on the dyno very soon.

O2 housing was tested:

well we got the car on the dyno and its picking up power but the car is running richer then it was initially. the car has a different MAF pipe on it then it did from prior tests and that is affecting the A/F ratio. The first one we made (MAF pipe) was sent off for an outside test. We made another one but there are some slight variations to it that are causing the car to rich a little richer then before and thusly affect HP. Based on our previous results and what we are experiencing now with the car and what the A/F should be at the O2 housing looks to pick up 12-15 whp...not too bad at all.

Martin Does want to put on an AEM fuel controller to help with testing. with this we will be able to monitor and adjust AFR's to keep the testing as scientific as possible

but the preliminary results for the O2 housing are great looks like 12-15whp gains should be had.

Eric

Switch back to the original MAP pipe then, and post some dyno graphs! One thing at a time!

The original MAF pipe was sent off for an outside test. This new one had some slight variations to it affecting HP. That is why we are putting on a piggyback system so we can keep AFR's the same between testing. This will keep things constant during testing.

I really dont want to put them up because with the car running richer its only making about 7 more whp. Even though we stated that it will make more when the cars AF level is where it was before some people will not take the time to read and just look at the graph and make there own conclusions.

Again when we get this AEM FIC in on the car we will be able to monitor and control Fuel levels to keep the car consistent. IT should also pick up some more power.
