is welding involved in installing the nozzle? how often do you have to flush the nozzle?

I've ordered the AEM kit and it's on the way. Does it come with a fail safe solenoid or just the output for one? I was under the impression reading various advertisements on their site that it came with one but judging from the first few posts on this thread, I gather that it does not. Also what was involved in using sheet metal to mount the tank? Its a very clean install and looks great

 

I drilled and tapped a hole for the nozzle, I had ordered a bung but is was 2 thick and didnt know if it would interrupt the spray pattern.

 

you are correct it doesnt come with a solenoid. The sheet metal was pretty easy you just need to make a couple bends.
