Been trying to decide what exhaust to buy obviously within a budget. I have narrowed down to the T1R dual CBE or the UR duals. What you guys think. I find IMHO that the T1R looks a lot better and I am not interested in a loud exhaust as this is my DD. Would be grateful to hear the reviews of anyone who has bought and installed the t1r CBE.

i know the hks cbe is not loud at all, even with ur dp/o2 and hfc the car is not loud at all. the design looks a bit similar to the hks, except the hks doesn't have a resonator on the midpipe

 

Another good quiet exhaust option would be MXP, look into it.

 

I have the T1R 02 housing turboback sitting in my living room! IT looks GOOD!!! welds, quality and bends. But thats all I can say for now since its not put on yet!
Another difference between the HKS and T1R is HKS has smaller piping where the T1R is 3 inch

Just did the install on the T1R and a little advise is make sure you use the bolt that come with it, the stock spring bolt from the muffler will not fit. I get some pics tomm

 

i just ordered mine last night..great sale. i just went with the CBE though

 

did u get the TBE ? or just CBE?

post some pics..How did u do on the O2 Housing/DP if you ever did the TBE..??

 

Somebody post up pictures of this please.. I've seen all the ones from t1r, I need installed pics. I think on the side view the tips stick out too much. I want to order the exhaust today unless they do stick out too far...
