Evo 8/9 catback on Evo X

Somone here around Ft Hood supposedly put a megan catback from his Evo VIII on his new Evo X and only required minimal adjustment. Obviously if you are into single exit exhausts, that might become an option. Has anyone else tried this?

I will try to hunt this guy down and take a pic of it and see what adjustment he had to make. I supposedly fits very snug with a extension.

No way, it's not even remotely close to being the same or fitting. It would require some seriouis cutting and welding.

I saw it in real life and it only needed a minor change to make it work. I really surprised that it work. A guy named Jorge has it hear at Ft Hood. I used to have this exhaust for my IX so I would have been able to tell if he was BSing me.

Just buy a single made for the X and don't modify it.

the X is use different routing for the exhaust , Also its a different length and hanger points. How much more different can be an exhaust from each other?

its a BS.
