cobb tuning ic piping info ??????

hi, i was going to buy the cobb tuning ic kit as it looks amazing and complete, but in viewing the pictures i noticed that the blow off valve pipe sits closer to the uicp, the problem is, i have an aem intake and the suction pipe on the aem , the blowoff valve sits closer to the electrical terminal, i.e. more towards the other end, so will cobb tuning ic piping kit fit with the aem setup, please any help would be welcome thankyou

It should, the AEM is pretty similar to stock setup. I would just give them a call they will tell you for sure(should tell you).

Cobb said no to me. We looked at it when I was there and it looks like they are not compatible.

Hmm... I wonder why they never released this intake box system.

Do you know if there is any box system that is compatible with the COBB HARDPIPE KIT?

Stock with a drop in maybe?

Here's a novel idea... call them or email one of them directly.

Will do I was just trying to see if there was any air box kit that would work with the piping kit.

The AEM intake does not fit terribly well with the COBB hardpipe kit. Reason being as some of you have noticed, that the BOV coupler makes the BOV sit too close to the intake piping. You could fix this by altering the couple a bit with a silicon bend. Vibrant makes such pieces, although they are expensive for single silicon pices. Or you could use an aluminum bend to relocate the BOV. It is doable, but certainly not a bolt-on setup. Of course, the SF intake fits nicely with the hardpipe kit.
