The z-chip had some issues with the first firmware and it seems to have been corrected. I think its a good bet at $400. You just need an MBC for max results. I have a hallman in my garage if you are looking to buy one. I used it on my Evo IX with excellent results.

I am personally going with a Cobb AP because they are local and are running a special that I couldn't pass up. Also, I am a fan of ECU controlled boost which was another reason I ended up choosing this route.

I think the short shifter a waste of time. Also, there have been several complaints about the Forge WGA on the Evo X.

The O2 dump from xtreme is sick. I would not bother with a test pipe if you have that and are keeping the stock catback.
