Ultimate racing downpipe.

http://www.maperformance.com/ultimat...ion-evo-x.html

So this is a downpipe and an O2 housing from ultimate racing. Does anyone have any info or experience with it? It could be nice by killing two birds with one stone. But if its a pile of poo for equipment then i guess i will skip over it. Just looking to get some opinions on this thanks.

from what i've heard it's a good upgrade...since replacing just the dp doesn't gain you any hp but the o2 housing does....so with this like you said you kill 2 birds with one stone.

i'd probably decide between this and the ams one (although i don't think the ams one is out yet, but they've shown a prototype).

UR piece is great. I just bought mine directly from UR. Fits perfect and looks great. I had mine ceramic coated to try to keep the heat in the exhaust where it belongs. A lot of stuff around this pipe.

Did you have UR cermic coat it or did you have to send it out to someone else? What was the extra cost? I plan on selling my current DP for cheap and getting this O2/DP combo when replacing the turbo.

Oh ok thanks for your opinions guys. I will have to try this out. I know that the O2 housing helped a lot on my IX. Its also a good price too!

We also provide in house ceramic coating! I'm not sure were the information came from that it only last a year. We did our ceramic coating on our RX-7 manifold (4g63 swapped) and it held up for the whole season and will be running it again this season!

Let us know your decision!

Ceramic coating is a pretty good idea, even better that MAp has it in house.

I can almost guarantee the UR downpipe weighs a significant amount less than the stock cast o2 housing with the thick OEM pipe and Cat.
